Because relationships are so important, we do our best to make sure you see the same therapist at each visit. Our staff takes the time to explain your condition and treatment options thoroughly...and clearly. And because we believe your time is just as important as ours, we do our best to ensure you are seen promptly. We want you to feel comfortable with us and confident in your ability to heal yourself so you can get the most out of your sessions.

Carey & Daley’s Downtown Office is located in the Personal Fitness Health, Rehabilitation and Wellness Center; in the lower level. Our private office space has private rooms for physical therapy treatments, along with the use of Personal Fitness’ aerobic and strengthening equipment.

Our flexible hours allows scheduling of Patients before and after work, as well as lunch time appointments. Hours are Monday, Wednesday 8:00 AM to 6 PM and Tuesday, Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 PM.

Paula Carey is co-owner of Carey & Daley, PT. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in physical therapy from Russell Sage College, and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Sage Colleges in 2000. With 36 years of clinical experience, she has extensive knowledge in many settings including hospital, home health care, infant, pre-school, and school age children, along with 23 years of private practice. During her years in private practice, her main focus has been in orthopedics and manual therapy. Her specialties include McKenzie training, pelvic disorders, myofascial release, integrated manual therapy, and shoulder dysfunction and
training.

Paula is extremely proud of the relationship Carey & Daley has with the Medical Community. The doctors recognize our commitment in providing quality Carey & Daley physical therapy to their patients and have confidence in referring patients to our facility.

Paula is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the NY Physical Therapy Association, The Private Practice Section of the APTA, and The Association of Independent Physical Therapy (AIPT)
Matt graduated by the University at Buffalo in 1999 with a degree in Physical Therapy and has been with Carey & Daley since that time. He has extensive training in McConnell, McKenzie, and Mulligan protocols, as well as myofacial release and other manual therapies. He also has continuing education in hand, upper extremity and sport injury rehabilitation.

Matt's goal is not only to improve a person’s well being, but also to improve their independence.
